Our Purpose
Kindergarten teachers and early childhood educators have an immeasurable effect on a child’s lifelong learning journey.
Their enthusiasm and warmth make children feel at ease in their first encounter with our education system. Their lessons and activities provide the foundation for all future learning. And their classrooms provide an environment in which children can develop important social skills.
It is with all of this in mind that we cater our program to meet the needs of the 21st century teacher.
From social-emotional learning and education technology to innovative ways to teach literacy and numeracy basics, we provide a wide spectrum of topics to suit each of your particular areas of focus. Each workshop has been carefully selected to provide high calibre professional learning for all participants. Above all, our aim is to provide practical content that you can bring into your classroom practice on Monday morning.
Connecting the Pieces: Pre-K and Kindergarten conference takes place Friday, October 19, 2018, on the provincial professional development day and our conference program and registration will be available at thinklangley.pdplace.com starting June 21!
